What is the difference between Hotel Suites & Homes and the Aparthotel?
The Hotel AnyósPark Suites & Homes offers more modern spaces with Mountain Suite rooms (40 m2) and two-storey Duplex Homes (70-75 m2 with kitchen), featuring room service, capsule coffee machine, bathrobe and daily cleaning (pets are not allowed). The Aparthotel has rustic studios and apartments (from 32 m2 to 55 m2) equipped with a full kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and utensils), ideal for self-sufficient trips and where pets are welcome.
What are the advantages of booking through the official website?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. AnyósPark Selection members can request early check-in or late check-out options, subject to availability and their loyalty level.
Do you have parking and charging points for electric vehicles?
Yes, the resort has indoor parking (free for bookings made on the official website) and electric vehicle charging points at an additional cost.
What documents are valid for checking into the hotel/aparthotel?
According to the regulations of the Tourist Accommodation Occupancy Register, all travellers must be registered without exception (including children and babies). The only valid documents are a passport for non-EU countries and an identity card (DNI).
If I made my reservation with a travel agency or a third party and want to make a change, who should I contact?
You should always contact the travel agency or third party with whom you made your booking.
Pet policy
Are pets allowed at the resort?
Yes, pets are welcome exclusively in the studios and apartments of the AnyósPark Aparthotel, with no weight or size limit, subject to reservation and a supplement of €30 per night per pet.
Are pets allowed in the Hotel or Duplexes?
No, pets are not allowed in the Hotel's Mountain Suites rooms or in the Duplex Homes.
Which common areas can pets access?
Pets are not allowed in the Sports Club, the OXI Beauty Center or the ToC gourmet restaurant. However, they have a specially designated area in the buffet restaurant, as well as access to the terrace and Dido'S SportBar.
Sports Club & Activities
Is access to the Sports Club included in the accommodation?
Yes, all guests staying at both the Hotel and the Aparthotel have free and unlimited access to the Sports Club facilities during their stay (gym, guided classes and sports courts).
What racket courts does the Club have?
We have an indoor ATP tennis court, 3 padel courts (indoor/outdoor), 3 indoor squash courts, and a ping-pong table. There is an hourly supplement: €15 for tennis, €16 for padel, €7.20 for squash.
What outdoor activities and ski services does the resort offer?
At our facilities, you'll find the Outdoor Center by Pic Negre shop for renting and buying ski, mountain, and bicycle equipment. Additionally, we offer a complimentary transport service to the ski slopes (subject to availability and advance booking the day before), free ski storage, and guided trekking routes at no extra cost during the season.
Wellness and treatments
How does AquaSpa access work and what are its rules?
Access to the saltwater thermal circuit (heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and hammam) is included for guests with a prior reservation. Swimwear, flip-flops, and a swimming cap are compulsory.
Can children access the AquaSpa?
Yes, they can access the indoor pool, and we have a pool adapted for babies and young children with warmer water. There are family time slots and others reserved exclusively for adults (children under 18 are not allowed access from 21:00 to 22:00, and from Monday to Thursday during school term, access is restricted from 17:00 to 19:00). Children under 16 cannot access the sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi area, nor the gym.
What services does the OXI Beauty Center offer?
OXI Beauty Center offers facial and body treatments, therapeutic and deep-tissue massages, INDIBA® technology, Body Slim, organic hairdressing services, manicures, pedicures, and hair removal (laser and traditional). We recommend booking treatments in advance.
Dining options and breakfast
What restaurants are there at AnyósPark?
The resort features 3 dining areas supervised by Chef Paco Méndez: ToC Restaurant & Cocktail Bar (fine dining and pairings), Dido'S SportBar (an informal option with set menus, tapas, burgers, and pizzas), and the buffet restaurant (breakfasts and dinners with show cooking). In summer, the AquaLounge terrace is also open.
What are the breakfast and dinner buffet hours?
The buffet breakfast service is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM every day of the week. The buffet dinner service is available from 19:30 to 22:20.
Are there options for intolerances or coeliacs?
Yes, our culinary offerings include options adapted for coeliacs, special diets, or food intolerances, available at breakfast and in our restaurants. It is important to notify us at the time of booking.
