CLASSES description


CYCLING: Session of "indoor" cycling pedalling to music, in order to improve aerobic resistance and muscle tone of the lower body in different modes, PROCYCLING EXPRESS, OPEN CYCLING, PROCYCLING, EXTREME CYCLING; of different duration, structure or intensity.

CYCLING/PILATES: Introductory session to "indoor" cycling for those who would like to take up this activity, together with a Pilates session which contributes body control and balance.

T.A.T ( Total Anyós Training ): Class combining toning exercises, Pilates and cycling in order to achieve a proper cadio and toning work-out in one session.

RHITHM!: A fun aerobic session to the sound of music for those wanting a different kind of work-out.

CARDIO TONE: Activity combining aerobics with muscular toning exercises using different objects.

CARDIO BOX: Intense aerobic work-out based on exercises with a simple choreography of boxing movements.

TBC: Integral training method to improve physical condition, using different complementary materials and a wide range of exercises.

ABDOMINAL: Class to strengthen and tone this particular area: upper, lower, lateral, etc.rals...

POWER PUMP: Session to develop muscular resistance through a series of exercises conscentrating on different groups of muscles.

TONING EXERCICES: Session to improve muscle tone and sculpture the whole body through easy exercises combining lots of different materials.

G.A.C: Session designed to improve muscle tone and reduce the amount of fat in buttocks, abdomen and legs.

KUKUWA DANCE: Different musical rhythms mark the progression of the class, the type of movement and its intensity. A FIRST IN EUROPE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU!

CARDIO G.A.C.: Work-out combining aerobic exercises with specific exercises to improve the muscle tone of buttocks, abdomen and legs.

PILATES: Session combining full body training and correction of posture to achieve maximum balance and muscular definition. 

AQUAGYM: Aquatic activity of medium intensity, with or without choreography with different objectives: cardio work-out, flexibility, strength and balance. Use of different materials in order to increase water resistance and intensity of work-out.

MUSCULAR DEFINITION: Advanced class of toning exercises to work on specific groups of muscles.

BEATCYCLING: Cycling class which instead of concentrating on performance works on controlling the heartbeat. The use of a pulsimeter is recommended.
